Candy Land
Art installation at the Mies van der Rohe Pavilion. Recursive growth with Anemone.
Recursion in mathematics is stated as a function that is defined by being applied within itself.
In other words, the initial conditions are repeated in itself until a satisfactory outcome has
been achieved. The power of recursion evidently lies in the possibility of defining an infinite set of
objects by a finite statement.
Pseudo Code
_ use a populated 2d area/rectangle as a base
_ create expression that combines force, mass and acceleration
_ create a vector in z direction
_ create loop by Anemone for a continous growth
_ define the repetition
_ set the different values for force and amplitude
_ add thickness to the lines
