IAAC Alumni Awarded with Honourable Mention at the Reshape Competition 2017
IAAC is glad to announce that the Master in Advanced Architecture project Water-Driven Breathing Skin, by students Montakan Manosong, Irene Ayala Castro, Chieh Chang and Zina Alkani, has been awarded with the Honourable Mention at the Reshape Competition 2017.
Water-Driven Breathing Skin is a semi-passive outdoor cooling system based on properties of super absorbent polymer Sodium Polyacrylate.
The prize, delivered to the students during the award ceremony held at the In3Dustry fair, has been awarded by an international and interdisciplinary jury composed by IAAC Academic Director Areti Markopoulou, Simone Cesano of Adidas and PAUL SOHI of Autodesk among others.
