In the framework the Master in Robotics and Advanced Construction and the Open Thesis Fabrication Programme leading researchers, architects, industry partners and start-ups teams from Europe have been invited Wednesday 21st of March to IAAC’s Roundtable titled “3D Printing in Architecture” aimed to discuss the potentials and challenges of the additive manufacturing technologies in this field.

The debate, moderated by Alexandre Dubor and Edouard Cabay (IAAC), included panelists such as Areti Markopoulou (IAAC), Enrico Dini (DShape), Lapo Naldoni (WASP), Eric Barendse (Studio RAP), Luis Rodolfo Clemente Ortega (Acciona), Iñigo Calderon (Tecnalia), Rena Giesecke (ETH Zürich) and Mahriz Zakeri (Xtree).
