The Hexigloo Pavilion was the product of a 7 day workshop in Bucharest lead by architects:- Tudor Cosmatu, Irina Bogdan, Andrei Radacau, and guest tutors Andrei Gheorge, Alexander Kalachev and Bence Pap.  The workshop revolved around parametric design and the final outcome was a full scale spatial installation. Inspired by the geometry and form of the Hexigloo Pavilion, the objective of this assignment was to build a 3D geometrical system by animating key form finding and design performance sequences, complemented by camera movements generated from Grasshopper.

GRASSHOPPER DEFINITION

I started with the script to develop the 3D model keeping in mind to highlight all the form finding and performance sequences I applied to develop the model. Once the model was complete, I started scripting for the animation by applying camera and visualization strategies to the form finding and performance sequences.
