MAPPING IN EIXAMPLE

PROPOSAL 1

To map the number of people clicking selfie’s using cell phones.

Since there are a lot of tourists in and around the area of eixample, and due to the latest technology of the digital camera/ cell phones and selfie sticks which could also include the architecture of Barcelona, it would be interesting to map people who click selfies four times throughout the day on both weekdays and weekends and how many use the cell phone with or without the selfie sticks.

PROPOSAL 2

To map the number of people noticing time at the intersection.

In today’s scenario, most of us are hurrying specially in the morning to work or school/college, and tend to consider looking at their watches at the intersection of crossing to be just on time. We could map the pattern of this idea at intervals throughout the day on weekdays as well as the weekends by knowing the direction they coming from, from which station (bus, train, tramps or even by walk) and the frequency/percentage of people through the week or the weekend.
