This work analyzes different possibilities to educate a new generation of construction site workers in India, focusing on challenges to adapt them to the advance of robotics in construction sites. Construction is a field losing workers every year due the actual profile needed is not attractive to new generations. Hard physical work combined with bad environmental conditions are acting as a reject factor for young people. Research about how to educate a new type of worker, more focused in developing technical and digital skills instead of physicalls , is our main purpose.
