Is it better if we can predict the phenomena on Earth?

Probable the Earth Observation is invented because of this question. Not only one reason that humanity concerned Earth Observation is very important, but also many benefits such as scientific research discovery such as land use, natural disasters and climate change.

Many benefits that can get from Earth Observation results to there is developments in technology are making this data more widely accessible and easier to use in order to use the data to solve problems on Earth.
