HONG KONG being the most populated place in the world, according to the studies, the life in 2050 in Hong Kong is going to face land scarcity and lack of vegetation due to the immense growth in the population.

The project is about focusing on designing an urban city for the future residents and extension of life on water where the vegetation can be produced even in the water.
