CONCEPT:
The blank wall space adjacent to the water feature is installed with a pattern of small movable units like a pinwheel that will be able to collect wind data similar to an anemometer. Each unit has 4 movable plates with 3 blades. Through the loop, each plate is scaled down and rotated.
