The objective of this design is to demonstrate generative recursively and recursive transformations with the starting geometry being a Weaverbird Icosahedron. Here this is achieved by breaking down an icosahedron to regenerate it again. Thus breaking the geometry into smaller meshes and reconnecting them to form the whole mesh of an icosahedron.
Regenerative Icosahedron is a project of IaaC, Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia.
