Performative Cylindrical Geometry
The exercise aims to code a cylindrical geometry to form a stigmergic system within that geometry. The definition was split into segments where there are a set of points that act as agents that are being followed in addition by another set of agents. Both the sets are populated from the same geometry of a circular base. Hence the various possible outcomes are predicted depending on the number of iterations run in the code. There are three factors which in turn affect the growth of these agents. A spinning force growing from the bottom to the top, a flock movement to attract the agents towards a mean average center and a steering force to drive the agents.
