As we know, we are facing water crisis since a decade ago. Start with the world’s problem of global warming, then it comes to the fresh water source crisis. 80% of the cities around the world is experiencing scarcity.

Including Spain and Barcelona (in especially), which already imported water from French and Marsailles since 2008.
Nowadays Barcelona tried to prevent the scarcity and start to have some technology to produce water; Desalination plant (operate since 2009), but it is still not enough because of the water demand increase along with the population density.
Hereby we try to produce more water in order to fulfill the demand, conform with the situation, behaviour, and characteristic of Barcelona (topography, climate, city condition, etc). Instead of having new technology, we combine few existing technologies to create a new system in order to decrease the possibility of scarcity.
