INTRODUCTION

As the name suggests, Weather-wise Waterfall is a responsive waterfall to the surrounding temperature and humidity. Depending on the range of values of the location where the waterfall is set up, the intensity of water falling and colour of light changes.

PROCESS

The project was created using the temperature and humidity sensor. The set up is such that the sensor continuously collects data and transmits the recorded temperature and humidity values to receiver.  The data received is translated to the intensity of water falling from the pipe which is governed by the temperature whereas the LED ring lights up and changes colour depending on the humidity. Since our prototype was set up in Barcelona, the temperature range was set between 18 to 42°C and the humidity range was set between 30-60%.
